Before designing some wireframes for the website, I think it will be beneficial to look into relevant cosmetics and subscription websites and see the general style and decide what is successful and what isn't. I started by looking at Lush Cosmetics' website. It's really easy to navigate as it is very simple and the imagery all works really well together as there is a general theme within the colour scheme used. It is key to note that all of the information is centralised, this will be so that the website will work on multiple platforms and lots of different sized screens.
I then looked into the subscription website Not Another Bill. This website is a very similar style to Lush in the way that everything except the navigation is centralised, and the photographs all compliment each other really well.
Finally I looked at Graze. Again, all of the information is centralised, however the banner images for this website are stretched across the whole screen. I think this is really successful as it makes the website really interesting due to the colours and it gives you an idea of the range of products they have available.
